Surge, Inis Oírr

All of these coastal photos need to be seen at fairly large sizes to be appreciated, since the detail is important. This one shows a huge surge of water that powered across the bay from time to time, dwarfing all the other waves (which were a pretty good size already). You can see a ghost of the spray rising from it's peak as it rolls along.
