At first glance it looks like a mix of Arabic and Cree, with the artificiality and non-calligraphic nature of Cree combined with the long extenders and curves of Arabic. If you tried to write with it by hand for a long time, maybe it would become more condensed, like Pitman short-hand. Or if you wrote it with a calligraphic pen — maybe I should try that!

Do you have a translation, or is it to be treated as a linqua-cryptographic puzzle?

Where would the fun be in providing a translation?
